Cancellation Policy at Skin Social

At Skin Social, we uphold a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure efficient scheduling and service provision. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card to have on file along with a $75 deposit. This deposit serves as a commitment towards your scheduled treatment and will be deducted from the total cost. Should you decide not to proceed with any treatment after a consultation, the deposit is refundable upon request. Otherwise, it will be credited towards the service provided.

In the event of a cancellation within less than 24 hours of your appointment or a no-show, the $75 deposit will be retained, and 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
