Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Skin Social Med Spa, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure we can accommodate all of our patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation or late reschedule and will be subject to a $75 fee.
No-Show Policy
Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged a $75 no-show fee.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute courtesy window for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled based on provider availability. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a $75 late rescheduling fee may apply.
Please Note
The $75 fee must be paid before booking a new appointment and may be charged to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future appointments.
